Our reception is attended 24/7, and security cameras are operating throughout the building at all times. For the safety and security of all guests, visitors who are not staying at the hotel are not permitted to access the hotel room floors. If a visitor is found in these areas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee, or the visitor will be required to leave immediately.
Smoking is not allowed except in the smoking area on the 2nd floor. If you smoke in your room or anywhere else besides the designated smoking room, you will be charged an additional fee including the cleaning fee (from 30,000 yen).
Guests must be at least 16 years old to check in and stay independently. At check-in, a signed agreement from a parent or guardian is required. Guests aged 16 or 17 must contact the front desk in advance to obtain and complete the form prior to their arrival.
WPU is not responsible for any damage to clothing, loss of items, or time required for washing and drying.
WPU’s officers, directors, staff, or agents will under no circumstances be liable for any claim of injury, loss, damage, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by any person or person’s property whatsoever. The guests hereby indemnify WPU against any claims that might be brought against them.
In the event that WPU suffers damage, either intentional or due to negligence on the part of the guest, the guest shall compensate WPU for the damage regardless of the amount.
The damage fees will be paid in addition to the regular accommodation fee. The total amount includes cleaning or repair costs, accommodation fee, and room charge for the number of days closed (from 30,000 yen).

WPU is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from the use of partnered facilities. Guests are responsible for reviewing each facility's terms and contacting them directly for any issues.
WPU does not assume any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings during your stay. Items found in WPU will be kept for three months from the date of discovery. As for food and beverages, they will generally be discarded immediately upon discovery; however, unopened items will be kept for one day before disposal.
Unwanted items, such as suitcases, can be collected at the front desk; however, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per item will apply. If large garbage is left in the room after checkout without prior notice, we may charge an additional fee later.
When sending luggage online or by other means, please ensure it is addressed to the person who made the reservation. If the name does not match, we may not be able to accept the parcel. Suitcase-sized luggage can be stored free of charge for one day. After that, a storage fee of 2,000 yen per day will apply.
WPU will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and shall not engage in any conduct likely to cause unnecessary internal or external outflows of personal information.
