Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area next to the front desk on the lobby floor. The entire hotel is non-smoking, including all guest rooms and guest floors. Please use the designated smoking area beside the front desk when smoking.
*Please note that if you smoke in your room or on any guest floor, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
If you lose your room key, a reissue fee of ¥3,000 will be charged.
After 12:00, please tap your key card on the card reader located to the right of the entrance door.The elevator uses the same system, so key card authentication is required before pressing the button.

Please place the magnet on the outside of your door by 11:00 AM.
If no magnet is displayed, only towel replacement will be provided. Housekeeping will enter the room to replace towels.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled. Individual rooms cannot switch between heating and cooling.
*Fans and portable heaters are available for rent at the front desk. Please let us know if you need one.

There is no internal phone available in the guest rooms. Please use the internal phone located in the hallway near the elevator on each floor. Press the red button to connect to the front desk.

*Please note that delivery usually takes at least one day, depending on the destination. In some regions, shipping may not be available.
*If you request shipment to your next hotel, we may not be able to process it unless your reservation at that hotel can be confirmed.
We offer luggage storage on the day of your checkout only. For storage beyond the checkout day, a fee of ¥2,000 per room per day will be charged.
If you need a taxi, please contact the front desk. Payment can be made by card or cash (payment is processed inside the vehicle).
*Please note that taxi dispatch may take longer due to traffic conditions or weather.
*Van-type vehicles cannot be arranged on the same day. Please contact the front desk at least two days in advance, or arrange your own ride via Uber.
If you are feeling unwell, please notify the front desk. We can provide information on nearby medical clinics (English-speaking services available).
*Depending on your symptoms, the front desk staff may arrange an ambulance if necessary.
Damaged suitcases and similar items can be disposed of at the front desk. Please note that a disposal fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
