If you wish to have your items shipped, please fill out the designated form available at the front desk.
*Please note that delivery usually takes at least one day, depending on the destination. In some regions, shipping may not be available.
*If you request shipment to your next hotel, we may not be able to process it unless your reservation at that hotel can be confirmed.
We offer luggage storage on the day of your checkout only. For storage beyond the checkout day, a fee of ¥2,000 per room per day will be charged.
If you need a taxi, please contact the front desk. Payment can be made by card or cash (payment is processed inside the vehicle).
If you are feeling unwell, please notify the front desk. We can provide information on nearby medical clinics (English-speaking services available).
*Depending on your symptoms, the front desk staff may arrange an ambulance if necessary.
Damaged suitcases and similar items can be disposed of at the front desk. Please note that a disposal fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
Cleaning Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Please place the magnet on the outside of your door by 11:00 AM.
If no magnet is displayed, only towel replacement will be provided. Housekeeping will enter the room to replace towels.
*Housekeeping will knock before entering and may request permission to enter.
*If you do not wish for housekeeping to enter, please place the PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB magnet on your door. Towels can then be replaced at the front desk.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled. Individual rooms cannot switch between heating and cooling.
*Fans and portable heaters are available for rent at the front desk. Please let us know if you need one.
Additional amenities are available at the front desk. While supplies are limited, rental items are also available. Please refer to the rental item list for more details.
There is no internal phone available in the guest rooms. Please use the internal phone located in the hallway near the elevator on each floor. Press the red button to connect to the front desk.
