Our community yoga sessions are held irregularly at WPÜ SHINJUKU — and this time, we’re teaming up with Harper from ALO for a refreshing morning yoga session.
TOKYO JUICE’s mission goes beyond simply making and selling juice — it’s about supporting a healthy lifestyle through what they create. They believe that moving your body together with friends and enjoying juice afterwards can also nurture mental well-being.
This yoga event isn’t just about fitness — it’s a time to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and create new connections.
Join us in the heart of Shinjuku, at WPÜ SHINJUKU — a cultural hub where people from diverse backgrounds meet — and start your day in the best way possible.
Bonus: Includes 150ML FREE JUICE
What to bring: Towel and water
*ALO yoga mats will be provided for use during the session. (Please note: mats are not for giveaway.)

Harper Botorowicz is a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and hypnotherapist based in Los Angeles.
Harper fell in love with yoga and meditation at 12 years old when she was encouraged by a former ballet teacher to try yoga in order to strengthen her ankles. After her first class, she knew she wanted to be a yoga teacher and spread mindfulness to the world. She went on to receive 500 hours of yoga training and 200 hours with a focus on Yin.
After experiencing the power of hypnosis for herself, she was inspired to share that same calming experience with her students. She studied hypnosis under clinical hypnotherapist Damian Bertrand and received her hypnosis certification in 2016 with a focus on deep relaxation and past life regression. She has infused her own practice and formulas into her learnings from hypnosis and Zen Buddhist meditation to create a unique system that brings students to a deeper sense of self. Her sleep classes are rooted in the belief that we all deserve peace, calm energy, and the ability to reconnect to our natural rhythms.
