Access control is implemented to limit the scope of persons in charge and the personal information databases handled, and a system is in place to protect the information systems handling personal data from unauthorized access from outside or unauthorized software.
We may subcontract all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, in order to ensure the safe management of personal information, we will endeavor to enter into a confidentiality agreement with the consignee and provide necessary and appropriate supervision in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines of regulatory authorities.
We store personal information received from customers on our website only as a record of the provision of the requested services, and delete it after a certain period of time. Additionally, as a security measure, we take the following measures.
