Cosmic Market is a three-day New Year pop-up at WPU Hotel Shinjuku, bringing together art, astrology, and intimate wellness offerings in a calm, curated setting. Designed to encourage reflection and intention-setting, the market features fine art photography, limited-edition garments, short astrology consultations, and select wellness practitioners. The experience is intentionally minimal and appointment-based, aligning with WPU’s design-forward and thoughtful approach to hospitality while offering guests a meaningful way to begin the year.

My name is Bria Scott. I am a multidisciplinary artist working in textile art, writing and cosmology. My practice focuses on atmosphere and ritual. I am very inspired by the quiet transformations that happen in our everyday lives, the simplicity of nature and what many might overlook as mundane. I recently consulted on strategy for the new Pocketbook Hotel in the Hudson Valley, a project created by the team behind Public Records. That experience shaped the way I think about hospitality, programming and the emotional tone of a space.
